The PS Led model is part of the rectangular ceiling light series. The only available color of the lamp is black, as the aluminum is anodized and not painted. It is powered by a cable-free electronic ballast. The power supply includes active power factor compensation, fast-start control, and protection against removal of the LED tube during its operation. The two LED tubes (t5) and the power supply are placed directly inside the ceiling light. The connection terminal to the external cable is provided on the side cap, so the entire ceiling light does not need to be disassembled to operate the lamp. The attachment of the PS Led is done by 4 clips, which will have to be inserted into the lower guides of the body. The side parts made of molded polymer material are screwed directly to the extruded aluminum body, while the front part of the ceiling light is covered by the 4mm toughened Pyrex glass screen and perfectly sealed with a polyurethane gasket.
The tempered glass is attached to the aluminum body by plastic hooks with screws. The electronic power supply and the 2 t5 LED tubes are placed inside the ceiling light. The luminous flux of the t5 LED tubes are placed inside the ceiling light. The luminous flux is reflected by a specially designed diffuser screen. All materials are resistant to common solvents, degreasing agents, and lubricating and cooling emulsions. IP67 degree of protection.
The terminal for connection to the external cable with maximum measurements of M20x1.5 mm is provided on the side cap. To access the electrical connection terminal, the cable press sealed with an o-ring seal must first be removed. Consequently, to follow the electrical connection to the machine, it is not necessary to disassemble the ceiling light. This saves the installer time and reduces the possibility of reassembly error.

High quality and good cooling of the electronic ballast and tubes are prerequisites for an operating life of 50,000 hours. The electronic ballast includes active power factor compensation, rapid turn-on control, and protection against removal of the LED tube during operation. The light fixture is attached to the machine by means of technopolymer retainers inserted into the lower rails on the side of the aluminum body. 4 retainers are included in the standard delivery. All lighting fixtures are supplied with LED tubes. Maximum operating temperature 50°C.

Its use is recommended for workbenches, production lines, cnc and in the mechanical industry.
